Why the prices here are so low?
We get this question a lot, so we'll just cut straight to it:
We keep small inventory.
We make purchase orders on a daily basis.
We contact all suppliers for the latest supply status multiple times each day.
Our warehouse is literally next to our shipping carriers.
Why the shipping cost is free?
Our systems are integrated and we have partnership accounts with China Post in order to make free shipping offers available.
At times some products will become unavailable for shipment after you make a purchase.
When a product ordered becomes unavailable for shipment:
We will contact you to see whether you would like a refund or have the missing item replaced by another product.
The most common causes of a product suddenly becoming unavailable are as follows:
1. A batch of shipment from supplier fails QC (the most likely cause of sudden outage)
2. Manufacturer changing the production line to produce some other products, resulting in the current product being temporarily unavailable
3. Delayed stock information displayed on site - since there is a time gap between each order clearing the payment process and getting recorded in our order system, stock status can be delayed on the eForChina site by up to 30 to 45 minutes
On rare occasions a "back ordered" product can show "typically ships in 2 to 3 days" in the product status area for a prolonged period of time (and thus not caused by the 45-min delay mentioned above). This is general due to data entry errors occurring at the warehouse. If you suspect a product is out of stock and the product page shows "available", please let us know . We will investigate and fix all potential issues.
What is my order status? And how long will it take to process my order?
Once an order request has been received by us, you will receive periodic e-mails from us regarding the processing of your order. Within 24 hours of your order being shipped, you will receive an e-mail that contains the carrier tracking number (when available) for your order.
You can obtain your order status directly at the eForChina Account Manager with your order number (or transaction ID) and e-mail address.
Your order goes through several steps before reaching your door. Here are those steps:
Step 1 (1-5 business days): Products are collected from our suppliers.
Step 2 (1-2 days): Order waits to get packaged.
Step 3 (1 day): Order is packaged and shipped* to carrier (e.g. DHL etc).
Step 4 (15-25 days): Order is enroute China Post
*Tracking Note: Live tracking is only available after the carriers have a chance to initially scan the package. Between the time the item leaves eForChina and the time it is scanned, tracking numbers may not show any results. For Express packages (sent via DHL), the delay is about 24 to 48 hours. For Airmail and Registered Airmail packages, it takes 3 to 5 working days for postal tracking to show online.
How to cancel my order ?
You can cancel your order only when your order has not been shipped. Please contact us click here , we will cancel your order and give you full refund.
How to apply my store credit?
For refunds, 98% of the time instant paypal refund is offered. However under certain circumstances instant refunds are not permitted by PayPal (e.g. over time limit, payer account issues, etc).
eForChina points = store credit ! 10 eForChina points = $1, eForChina points are added into your account by our staff manually.
We will add eForChina points into your account as store credit. 1 eForChina points = $0.1, please Email at: firstname.lastname@example.org when you want to get your store credit in your eforchina account.
How long can I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days, after you received our confirmation on the cancelation.
My order in status"collecting" for a long time!
The common cause of your order that has not been shipped for a long time is: the item is lack of stock.

Can I add an item to my order?

If I do not receive my order number, what should I do?
For less than 0.01% orders, due to network problem between Paypal and our server, your order number may not appear in your eForChina account, please contact our staff: email@example.com, we will check our paypal account and confirm your payment and create the order for you manually. Please include your Paypal Email and transaction ID in it.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
1st, please login your eForChina account to see if your order has been in status of "partial shipment"
2nd, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
